Digital Background Limited – Administration Fee Terms

1. Administration Fee

To apply for access to the Digital Background Limited platform, an administration fee of £10.00 plus VAT is payable at the time of application.

2. Purpose of the Administration Fee

The administration fee covers the administrative work required to assess an application for access to the Digital Background Limited system. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Assessment of the applying company

• Verification of the company’s eligibility to use the platform

• Assessment of the requested initial role within the system and its connection to the company

3. Non-Refundable Fee

The administration fee is non-refundable once the assessment process has commenced.

4. Exception – Ineligible Applicants

If Digital Background Limited determines that the applying company is not eligible to use the platform, the administration fee will be refunded in full.

5. Approval but Non-Use

If a company is approved for access to the Digital Background Limited system but chooses not to proceed with using the system, the administration fee will not be refunded.

6. Scope of the Administration Fee

The administration fee covers only the application assessment process.

It does not include:

• Any subscription fees

• System usage charges

• Background check fees

• Any other service charges that may apply after access is granted

Any such fees will be communicated separately before the company begins using the system.

7. Acceptance

By paying the administration fee, the applicant confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
